The Freedom of Choice

Personally I think, there are only two types of people. Those who say I can't... and those who just do it. This refers to many different aspects in human behaviour.
For me, a very important issue in life is the ability to enjoy the environment we all live in.

This weekend – and also the days before – nearly every second I moved through the breath-taking scenery of New Zealand's North Shore put a smile upon my face. Well aware of this fact, I made the one and only right decision and sucked it all into my memories.

Forever. Yes, I am free and I have chosen right.

Returning from my philosophic climax, let me share my story of the weekend:

The AUT-Pack (Thomas, Johannes and me) started our journey at Friday noon. Well, initially scheduled 10am, but who cares. We are not refugees..
So we headed north where we finally found some nice and lonesome beaches. Perfect places for doing some Joga.. or trying to invent some new facebook jumpstyle foto contests:

Immediately Johannes tried the run'about, which was primarily on running around things:

Again.. Me just looking cool or trying to catch a guest part at Vampire diaries:

After the RedLady enjoyed some nice views, we got hungry and had some nice BBQ at the beach.

Thank you Thomas for being the Chef...

By the way.. The ninety mile beach is much shorter than 90 miles.. But, in fact, your are allowed to drive 100km/h, whereas there is a 50km/h limit on the connecting roads.. Funny.. Anyway.. On most roads the max speed allowed isn't reachable. Not even in your dreams..

But some dreams definitely become reality. See yourself:

After a long 500K ride till Cape Reinga, we finally... yeah guess what.. we ate again. Therefore we stayed at a nice place. Very pleasant for the morning coffee :-)

Could you ever doubt this decision? Memories last a lifetime.
